It is important to cleanse and exfoliate
your skin daily, this rids your skin of unwanted dirt, grime, dead skin cells and refreshes the complexion.
Too much cleansing and exfoliating however can strip the skin of it’s natural oils which form a protective barrier and reveal soft vulnerable skin that is not ready to be exposed to the elements as yet.
Here is a quick guideline:
Cleanse – morning & evening (and after exercise)
Exfoliate – 2 – 3 times per week maximum
